All painting services will be performed according to the explicit written scope detailed in your finalized estimate or proposal. Any deviation, addition, or alteration to the original scope of work requested by the client will require a written Change Order and may result in additional charges for labor and materials. All estimates are valid for exactly thirty days from the date of issue.
A deposit may be required before your project is officially placed on our production schedule, with the exact deposit amount outlined clearly in your custom proposal. The remaining balance for the project is strictly due immediately upon substantial completion of the specified scope of work. Outstanding balances past the due date may be subject to late fees or interest charges as permitted by local regulations.
To ensure a flawless finish and efficient workflow, the client agrees to provide our crew with continuous access to the work site, electrical power, and running water during working hours. Clients must move all small items, breakables, wall hangings, and electronics out of the work areas prior to our arrival. While we take meticulous care to protect your property, Anza Interactive is not responsible for damage to items left in the active work zone. Additionally, for safety reasons, clients must keep pets and children away from the active work zone, wet paint, and professional equipment at all times.
Anza Interactive prepares all surfaces according to rigorous professional standards. However, we are not responsible for structural defects, hidden water damage, severe wood rot, or underlying drywall failures that become apparent during or after surface preparation unless explicitly contracted to repair them. For exterior painting projects, scheduling is heavily dependent on weather conditions like temperature, moisture, and wind. We reserve the right to delay production to ensure application conditions meet manufacturer guidelines for paint longevity.
We pride ourselves on crisp lines and immaculate finishes, and we provide a limited workmanship warranty on residential and commercial surfaces against peeling, blistering, or chipping due to faulty application. This warranty explicitly excludes damage caused by ordinary wear and tear, physical abuse, structural settling, moisture intrusion, or pre-existing manufacturer defects in the siding or substrate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anza Interactive’s total liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of a project shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by the client for the services rendered under the applicable contract.
Unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing by the client, Anza Interactive reserves the right to take photographs and video footage of the project site before, during, and after completion for use in our digital portfolios, marketing materials, or case studies. No personal or sensitive identifying information will ever be shared.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
